Austin Hawk

An estate agency website that works evenings and weekends

Austin Hawk Estate Agents - HITS

The Situation

Austin Hawk sell and let property in Andover and the surrounding villages. Their stock never sits still. New instructions, price reductions, sales agreed, withdrawals and fresh photography mean the business changes shape several times a week.

All of it lives in their property software. None of it is any use to a buyer until it reaches the website.

The Problem

Austin Hawk weren’t starting from nothing. Their properties already reached the website through a standard Property Hive setup, the arrangement most agency websites run on. The trouble was how long it took, and what turned up when it did. Listings appeared eventually, as entries in a list rather than properties being shown off.

Out-of-date listings cost more than tidiness. A property still showing as available after it has gone generates wasted calls, and quietly tells a seller their agent isn’t on top of things. A badly presented listing costs twice: a buyer scrolls past it, and the seller sees their own home shown off poorly by the agent they chose.

And the site clocked off at five. House hunting happens in the evenings and at weekends, exactly when the office is shut. Every question and viewing request made out of hours sat in an inbox until morning, and by then a buyer working through a shortlist has usually moved on.

What We Built

An AI agent that answers around the clock

It books viewings, takes valuation requests and handles the questions the office fields every day, at the hours buyers are actually looking.

Direct Street and AgentOS integration

The website reads from the systems Austin Hawk already run, syncing listings, prices, statuses and images every hour with nobody in the loop.

Property pages built to sell

Every instruction gets a complete, consistent page, generated from the data the moment it exists in the CRM.

Automatic social posting

New properties go straight to Instagram and Facebook, so the marketing goes out with the property, not when somebody remembers.

The Result

The website now does the work instead of waiting for someone to do it. A new instruction goes into Street and the rest follows on its own: a full property page within the hour, a post on Instagram and Facebook, and an agent that will book a viewing at nine on a Sunday evening while competitors’ contact forms fill up for Monday morning.

The site runs at around 40,000 page views a month. Across 2025, on Rightmove’s own data, Austin Hawk sold and let more property in Andover than any other agent in the town. That position was won by valuing, listing and selling houses well. The website makes sure none of that work is lost between the office and the buyer. Austin Hawk have been a HITS client for more than a decade, and this is the first of their sites that genuinely runs itself.

We've worked with HITS for years and couldn't recommend them highly enough. They developed our bespoke estate agency website with custom property feeds and functionality tailored to our business, helping strengthen our online presence year after year. Their technical expertise, attention to detail and ongoing support have been exceptional. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend HITS to any business looking for a trusted web design partner.
